Business hours change. A new photo is ready. A link needs attention. Website Care & Maintenance is $149/month and provides a point of contact for the ongoing needs of your supported website, without turning every small update into a new project.
Care includes website health monitoring, routine technical maintenance, security and dependency updates where applicable, SSL guidance, DNS guidance, hosting and domain guidance, and basic troubleshooting for covered website issues. The standard plan is intended for a normal small-business informational site, not a high-volume application with a complex database.
Up to 30 minutes of minor text or image changes are included per month, using content you supply. That allowance does not automatically accumulate or roll over unless specifically agreed in writing. New pages, a redesign, new features, extensive content changes, emergency incident response, or custom application support require a separate agreement.
Domain registration and renewal, paid email, premium software, stock assets, booking subscriptions, and other third-party charges are not automatically included. We identify the services needed for your site and confirm who pays each bill before launch.
Want ongoing SEO and search-visibility work too? Website Growth & SEO ($349/month) includes everything in Website Care plus technical SEO, search monitoring, and monthly reporting. An existing site can also be considered for care after a review; migration and pre-existing technical issues may need separate work. No automatic 24/7 personal support or uptime guarantee is included.

What is included in Website Care & Maintenance?
Website health monitoring, routine technical maintenance, security and dependency updates where applicable, SSL/DNS/hosting guidance, basic troubleshooting, and up to 30 minutes of minor content or image changes each month. That time does not automatically roll over. New pages, redesigns, new functionality, active SEO, and third-party subscriptions are separate, and may be part of Website Growth & SEO or a custom quote.
Do I have to pay a monthly fee?
No. Website design is a one-time project. Website Care & Maintenance ($149/month) and Website Growth & SEO ($349/month) are optional, separate, recurring services you can start whenever you're ready, managed through Stripe's secure checkout and billing portal.
How do I cancel Website Care or Website Growth & SEO?
Cancel anytime through the Stripe Customer Portal (available on our Billing page) or by contacting Support. Cancellation stops future renewals; the plan generally remains active through the period you already paid for. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
Can you work with my existing website?
Often, yes. Website Growth & SEO and Website Care inquiries start with a review of your platform, access, condition, and requirements. Unsupported systems, significant repairs, platform fees, and migrations can need a separate quote.
