Up to five standard informational pages with one agreed visual direction, responsive layouts, basic contact/inquiry functionality, basic on-page SEO, domain connection, light editing of supplied content, and two rounds of consolidated revisions. Basic Privacy Policy and Terms pages are included where appropriate and do not count toward your five standard pages. Launch-related defects within the agreed scope are covered for 30 days.
Do I have to pay a monthly fee?
No. Website design is a one-time project. Website Care & Maintenance ($149/month) and Website Growth & SEO ($349/month) are optional, separate, recurring services you can start whenever you're ready, managed through Stripe's secure checkout and billing portal.
Can you guarantee first place on Google?
No. Search visibility depends on competition, content, relevance, the business itself, and search engine decisions. We provide defined work and explain what changed. Rankings, traffic, leads, rich results, and a specific timeline are not guaranteed.
Can you build logins, portals, or a database?
Yes, these are custom web application projects and count as advanced functionality, not a standard $850 website. We first discuss users, permissions, workflows, integrations, data sensitivity, security needs, and ongoing support. Existing tools may be a better fit than a new custom system. Pricing and timelines come after that discovery.
Can I discuss IT needs with Urias Tech?
Yes. Tell us about computer or device issues, Wi-Fi and networking, business email, productivity tools, or technology planning. We confirm project fit and availability before proposing any work. IT work is separately scoped; your website or growth plan does not include computer, network, or help-desk support.
