Standard website builds

Website design starts at $850 for up to five informational pages under one agreed visual direction. Typical pages include Home, About, Services or Menu, Gallery or Reviews, and Contact. A page is not a customer portal, checkout flow, database application, or unlimited catalog. Additional standard pages are $100 each.

The build includes responsive layouts, basic contact/inquiry functionality, basic on-page SEO, domain connection assistance, light editing of client-supplied content, two consolidated revision rounds, and pre-launch checks. Basic Privacy Policy and Terms of Service pages are included where appropriate and do not count toward the five-page allowance — for example, Home, About, Services, Work, and Contact plus Privacy Policy and Terms is still a five standard-page website.

The $850 starting price is honest, not a guaranteed flat rate for any five-page project. Advanced functionality is not included and is quoted separately, increasing project price based on scope. Advanced functionality includes things like online payments or Stripe integrations, e-commerce, shopping carts, product catalogs, subscriptions, donation systems, appointment booking or reservation systems, memberships, customer logins, authentication, databases, dashboards, portals, customer accounts, advanced search or filtering, CRM or API integrations, other third-party integrations, advanced forms, conditional workflows, automated business processes, custom backend functionality, custom web applications, advanced calculators, large content migrations, specialized business systems, and advanced CMS functionality. Final pricing for any of these is confirmed after a project scope review.

These policies reflect the standard baseline website template and the information you provide; Urias Tech does not provide legal advice, attorney review, or a guarantee of legal compliance. Businesses with industry-specific or regulatory requirements, or sites involving e-commerce, subscriptions, payments, health information, financial information, memberships, or significant tracking, should obtain independent legal review and may need additional policies, disclosures, or consent mechanisms as part of a broader scope.

Third-party costs are not automatically included in website-development pricing. Examples include domain registration, premium hosting, paid APIs, payment-processing fees, SaaS subscriptions, premium plugins or services, booking or e-commerce fees, paid stock assets, advertising, and other specialized third-party tools.

Content and approvals

You provide accurate business details, service information, approved branding, and content you own or are permitted to use. Light editing and organization are included. Full copywriting, photography, logo design, stock licenses, large catalogs, and substantial content preparation are separately scoped.

You review and approve the content before launch, including claims, prices, service areas, contact details, policies, and any licenses or credentials you want displayed. We do not invent testimonials, certifications, or business results.

Revisions and changes

Two rounds of consolidated feedback are included in standard website builds. A new design direction after approval, extra rounds, new features, and additional pages require a change in scope. Additional work is quoted for approval before it proceeds.

For 30 days after launch, we fix defects related to the delivered, agreed functionality. This period is not unlimited redesign time and does not include new features, third-party outages, changes made by others, or content requests outside scope.

Website Care & Maintenance

The optional Website Care & Maintenance plan is $149 per month, billed and managed securely through Stripe. It covers website health monitoring, routine technical maintenance, security and dependency updates where applicable, SSL guidance, DNS guidance, hosting and domain guidance, basic troubleshooting for covered issues, and up to 30 minutes of minor content edits each month. Unused monthly time does not automatically accumulate or roll over unless specifically agreed in writing.

New pages, redesigns, active SEO, extensive writing, custom application support, incident response, databases, and third-party subscriptions are not automatically included and may be separately quoted or covered by Website Growth & SEO.

Website Growth & SEO

Website Growth & SEO is $349 per month and includes everything in Website Care & Maintenance, plus up to 60 minutes of monthly updates, ongoing technical and on-page SEO review, search-visibility monitoring, Search Console and analytics monitoring where available, and Google Business Profile guidance where applicable. It covers one business location.

Search engines are third-party platforms. Rankings, rich results, traffic, lead volume, and dates for results are not guaranteed. Paid advertising, new content production, extra locations, full redesigns, and larger campaigns are separate.

Recurring billing and cancellation

Website Care & Maintenance and Website Growth & SEO are recurring subscriptions processed through Stripe’s secure, hosted checkout and billing portal. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle; cancel anytime from the Billing page or by contacting Support to stop future renewals. Custom applications

Accounts, login, role-based permissions, databases, portals, commerce, rewards, integrations, and custom workflows require discovery and a written proposal. Development, hosting, data storage, backups, support, privacy, and security requirements are evaluated separately. We may recommend an existing service instead of custom development.

Do not submit credentials, customer lists, payment details, or sensitive records through the public inquiry form. Specialized security or regulatory requirements must be discussed explicitly before any commitment.

IT Solutions

IT inquiries begin with a consultation. We confirm which work we can take on, the systems involved, authorized access, remote or on-site needs, scope, availability, and pricing. Hardware, software, subscriptions, travel, and recurring support are not assumed to be included.

Website Care and Website Growth & SEO plans do not include general computer, network, or help-desk support. Managed IT is a planned expansion; no emergency response, 24/7 support, data-recovery outcome, or compliance certification is promised. Any ongoing service must have a separate agreement with clear support hours and responsibilities.

Ownership, access, and recurring costs

Your proposal defines ownership and handoff. Our approach is for you to keep your domain registration in your name and receive the agreed website files after final payment. Third-party tools and licensed assets remain subject to their own terms. Domain renewal, business email, paid booking services, and other platform fees should be identified before launch.

When ongoing hosting is not included or is discontinued, you need an alternative hosting arrangement to keep the site online. The agreement sets cancellation notice, outstanding billing, transfer responsibilities, and any handoff fees. Domain ownership is kept distinct from a developer’s service subscription.

Timing and payment

Your written proposal sets the project schedule, payment milestones, start conditions, and approval process. Content readiness, access, availability, and feedback affect the schedule. Submitting a website inquiry does not place an order or agree to a recurring subscription. If a signed proposal, quote, statement of work, or other written agreement conflicts with this general guide, the specific written agreement controls for that engagement.
