What needs a separate quote

How additional pages work

A seven-page standard website would be $1,050: the $850 base build plus two additional pages at $100 each.

A standard page is informational, using the agreed design. A portal or store cannot be added as a $100 page. Those require their own proposal.

Computers, networking, business email, and technology planning have their own scope and quote. Availability and any hardware, subscriptions, travel, or ongoing support costs are confirmed before work begins.

What does the $850 website include?

Do I have to pay a monthly fee?

No. Website design is a one-time project. Website Care & Maintenance ($149/month) and Website Growth & SEO ($349/month) are optional, separate, recurring services you can start whenever you're ready, managed through Stripe's secure checkout and billing portal.

What's the difference between Website Care and Website Growth & SEO?

Website Care keeps your website healthy: monitoring, routine maintenance, SSL/DNS/hosting guidance, troubleshooting, and up to 30 minutes of minor changes each month. Website Growth & SEO includes everything in Website Care, plus up to 60 minutes of monthly updates and ongoing technical SEO, search visibility, and growth work. Neither plan guarantees a specific Google ranking, traffic amount, or lead volume; search engines are third-party platforms.

Can you build logins, portals, or a database?

Yes, these are custom web application projects and count as advanced functionality, not a standard $850 website. We first discuss users, permissions, workflows, integrations, data sensitivity, security needs, and ongoing support. Existing tools may be a better fit than a new custom system. Pricing and timelines come after that discovery.

Can you work with my existing website?

Often, yes. Website Growth & SEO and Website Care inquiries start with a review of your platform, access, condition, and requirements. Unsupported systems, significant repairs, platform fees, and migrations can need a separate quote.
