Who handles your information

Urias Tech, operated by Alfonso Urias as a California sole proprietorship, receives information submitted through this website to respond to inquiries, provide support, and deliver services. You can contact us at hello@uriastech.com for general questions or support@uriastech.com for existing-customer support.

Information you choose to share

Our quick Contact form asks what you need help with, your name, and a way to reach you: an email address, a phone number, or both. A short message is optional.

Our full contact form asks for your name, email address, and message. Your business name, the service you are interested in, a phone number, and a good time to call are optional, but a phone number is required if you ask us to call you.

Our Start a Project form asks for your name, email address, business name, and a description of your project. You can choose to share a phone number, callback preference, website address, business type, service area, products or services, website goals, a business profile link, desired features, brand direction, budget range, timing, and the status of your content and domain name. These additional details are optional.

The Visibility Review request on our free Website Check page asks for your name and email address. Your business name, phone number, and website address are optional. The request includes the automated score and top opportunities from your Website Check.

Our Support form asks existing customers for name, email, business name, a request category, a subject, and a description, and optionally a website address, the service or plan involved, a preferred contact method, and a link to a screenshot or shared file (we do not accept file uploads directly on this site).

Please do not include passwords, payment-card information, customer lists, medical information, or other sensitive records in any form. These forms are for an initial discussion or support request, not secure document exchange.

The free Website Check tool

When you submit a website address to the free Website Check (Website Visibility Audit) tool, that address is sent to Google’s PageSpeed Insights API and may be fetched directly by our server to generate the requested report. We do not store submitted addresses or results in a database; a completed result may be kept in a temporary cache for up to 24 hours so repeat checks of the same address load quickly, and anyone who checks that address during that time may see it.

How inquiry, support, and billing information is used

We use your information to reply, understand a project or support request, prepare a proposal, provide the service you requested, administer billing for active subscriptions, improve the site, prevent abuse, and protect the website. When you send an inquiry, project brief, or Visibility Review request, we use the details you provide to reply about that request. If you give us a phone number, we may call or text you about it. Sending a form does not add you to a mailing list, and we do not use these details for marketing or automated calls, texts, or emails. We do not sell inquiry, support, or billing information or use these forms to enroll you in advertising lists.

Payments and billing

Payments for Website Care & Maintenance and Website Growth & SEO are processed by Stripe through Stripe-hosted checkout and the Stripe Customer Portal. Urias Tech does not need to receive or store your full card number: Stripe collects and processes payment details directly, and our Billing page links to Stripe’s own secure checkout and portal rather than collecting payment credentials on this site.

Service providers and spam protection

The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Inquiry, support, and Website Check forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to help distinguish legitimate visits from automated abuse, including processing technical information such as network and browser signals. Our form endpoints also use network information for short-term rate limiting.

Accepted inquiries and support requests are sent through the Resend email-delivery service to our business inbox, and a confirmation may be sent to you where practical. These services and our inbox provider process information as needed to operate hosting, security, email delivery, billing, and communication. Their processing may take place in countries other than your own. Relevant service providers include Cloudflare (hosting, security, spam protection), Resend (email delivery), and Stripe (payment processing).

The website does not create a customer account or store submitted inquiries, support requests, or Website Check results in a website database. Information is delivered by email and may remain in our mailbox, in Stripe’s billing records for active subscriptions, and in relevant service-provider records. We avoid intentionally logging inquiry or support message content in our application logs.

Cookies and analytics

This version of the website does not install advertising pixels or behavioral marketing analytics, and does not use a non-essential tracking cookie requiring a consent banner. Hosting, spam-protection, and payment services may process technical data necessary to deliver and protect the site. We will update this notice, and add appropriate consent tools, if we add technology that materially changes this description.

Retention and your requests

We keep inquiry, support, and billing-related information as needed to follow up, provide services, maintain relevant business records, and meet applicable obligations. You can contact us to ask about your submitted information or request a correction or deletion. We may need to verify the request and account for records that must be retained, including Stripe billing records.

Security and external links

We use safeguards appropriate to this website’s scale, including encrypted web connections, server-side validation, spam verification, restricted server credentials, and Stripe-hosted payment collection rather than storing card data ourselves. No website, email, or payment system can guarantee absolute security. External websites linked from our pages, including Stripe’s checkout and billing portal, operate under their own privacy policies.

Children’s privacy

This website is intended for business owners and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Urias Tech does not sell personal information.
